The UCAA offers Teens the chance to learn a complete martial arts programme. UCAA Freestyle Karate is the original mix of martial arts with classes containing element of Kyusho-Jitsu, Kickboxing and Jujitsu.
Training times for Teens are:
Monday & Thursday 5.25pm - 6.10pm Due to Covid-19 restrictions we are unable to enroll new students at the moment |

At the UCAA our focus is mainly on the combative aspect of the martial arts. In the teens class this contains some Kyusho Jitsu & Tuité Jitsu, but also has a large focus on Kickboxing. Along with teaching the combative aspect (soft & hard skills), Self Defence starts with the Self, so our goal is to train you to be physically fit and mentally strong in order to help you confront the adversities of life with confidence.

With GM Damian Kierans being a Health Related Activity for Children Specialist and Personal Trainer we have a great focus on improving a student's fitness levels and place emphasis on Strength and Conditioning in our programme.
If you have never trained in a martial art before then now is a good time to start. We cater for all levels of ability so, if you are unfit, don't worry.
