Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help maintain strength, flexibility and balance while relaxing the body and calming the mind and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life.
Due to Level 3 & above Covid-19 lockdown our Tai Chi Centre is now closed again :(

What to wear: Just wear some loose comfortable clothes to exercise in, and wear some layers so if you are feeling warm you can take a layer off and if you are cold you can put one back on.
